Community Rules
Last updated: May 2026
Core Philosophy
Our community is built on respect, continuous learning, and collaboration. These rules apply to all members across all channels, groups, and interactions within the Learny AI community. Whether you are a new student or a seasoned learner, these guidelines ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone.
1. Respect and Professionalism
Treat all members, instructors, and staff with respect and dignity.
- Zero tolerance for hate speech based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or background.
- No insults, mocking, or making fun of beginners. Everyone starts somewhere.
- Constructive criticism is welcome. Toxicity and drama are not.
2. Communication Standards
Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all interactions.
- No vulgar, abusive, or violent language of any kind.
- Avoid public arguments. Report issues to admins instead of engaging.
- Do not spread false information or make defamatory claims about Learny AI or its team.
- No jokes, memes, or off-topic content that distracts from learning.
3. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Our spaces are for learning, not advertising.
- Do not post advertisements, affiliate links, or promote your own services without explicit admin permission.
- Unauthorized promotions will be removed and may result in a ban.
- Job postings must be verified. Learny AI Academy takes no responsibility for third-party job offers or scams.
4. Privacy and Safety
Respect the privacy of all community members.
- Do not send unsolicited direct messages or offers to other members.
- Harassment via inbox is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
- Do not share your own or others' sensitive personal information publicly.
5. Learning First Mindset
Our community fosters a culture of self-reliance and genuine effort. Every technical problem has a solution available somewhere on the internet.
- Before asking for help in any channel, you must attempt to solve the problem yourself. Use ChatGPT, Google, Stack Overflow, and official documentation first.
- When asking for help, explain exactly what you have already tried and what resources you searched.
- Our goal is to make you a problem solver, not just someone who follows instructions.
- Share knowledge generously but do not spoon-feed answers. Help others learn to find solutions on their own.
6. Course Content Guidelines
Keep discussions focused and relevant to maintain a quality learning environment.
- Only post about topics covered in the current course flow.
- You may practice topics not yet covered, but do not ask for help on them in course channels.
- For personal projects outside the course scope, use the general community group instead.
7. Support Channel Protocol
Use public channels effectively so everyone can benefit from shared discussions.
- Do not send direct messages to request help. Post publicly instead.
- Public posts allow everyone to learn from the solutions and discussions.
- If you have a problem, post it in the appropriate channel with full context.
- Personal disputes must not be brought into group channels.
Enforcement and Penalties
To protect the integrity of our community, we enforce these rules strictly.
- Violations may result in an immediate 7-day suspension or permanent ban.
- Admins reserve the right to remove any content or member at their discretion without prior notice.
- There are no appeals for bans resulting from clear violations of these rules.
Appeal Process
If you believe a mistake was made, you may contact our support team. Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of the administration team and is not guaranteed.
Our Goal
To create a safe, focused, and collaborative ecosystem where every learner grows, builds real skills, and succeeds together.
