But only if you have genuinely completed and applied the course material, and still feel that it did not provide value to you. This policy protects sincere learners while preventing misuse.

Request Deadline

You must submit your refund request within 3 days (72 hours) of purchasing the course. Refunds cannot be processed after this period under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Email your refund request to mehedihasan.techs@gmail.com. We will review your request and process it within 7 business days maximum. Please note that after we process the refund from our end, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases.

  • If you have completed more than 20% of the course.
  • If the refund request is made after the 3-day eligible period.
  • In cases of misuse or violation of platform terms.
  • Lack of implementation or effort demonstrated.
  • Change of mind without a valid reason after accessing content.
  • Price reductions after purchase do not entitle you to a refund of the difference. If you bought at a higher price and the price later drops, the difference is not refundable.

Requirements for Refund

To qualify for a refund on quality grounds, you must demonstrate genuine effort and adherence to our support policies.

  • Proof that you attempted to solve issues using ChatGPT, Google, and official documentation before requesting help.
  • Implementing every step shown in the course on time.
  • Providing verifiable proof of your efforts such as screenshots, links, and project files.
  • Watching all videos and following every guideline exactly as shown.
  • Submitting comprehensive documentation of your work.

After Refund Processing

If a refund is approved and processed, the following will occur immediately.

  • All course access will be terminated.
  • Any bonuses or additional materials will be removed.
