Program Updates Policy

Our courses are continuously updated. By enrolling, you acknowledge the following.

New content is added regularly to keep courses up to date.
All students receive access to current and future content at no extra cost.
Content evolves with technology. New modules will be added progressively.
You cannot request refunds based on current content volume. The value includes all future updates.

Payment

All payments are processed securely. The course fee is a one-time payment giving you full lifetime access with no additional fees or monthly charges.

Pricing Policy

By purchasing any course, you acknowledge and agree to the following pricing terms.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
We may launch promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing at any time.
Price reductions after your purchase do not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment.
Each purchase is final at the price displayed at the time of transaction.

Fair Support Policy

We are committed to helping you learn. By enrolling, you agree to follow our behavioral guidelines and support limits.

Live support is available for 6 months from the date of purchase for any course.
After 6 months, live support will no longer be available. However, you will retain access to community meetings.
Extended or personalized support is available as a paid service after the initial 6-month period.
We support issues directly related to our course materials. We do not support personal projects or custom implementations.
You must follow our Debug First policy as outlined in our Community Rules.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to do any of the following.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Bangladesh.
Post or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the platform in any way.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on learnyai.academy is protected by copyright laws and is the intellectual property of Learny AI Academy. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without explicit consent. Downloading and reselling our courses is illegal and will result in legal action.

Cyber Security and Legal Penalties

Sharing any video, text, or content related to Learny AI Academy with others in exchange for money or for free, or sharing account credentials with anyone, is a punishable offense under the law. This can result in imprisonment ranging from at least 5 years to a maximum of 14 years. Fines ranging from 5 lakh taka to a maximum of 50 lakh taka may also be imposed.
In cyber security cases, no case filing is required to make an arrest. Direct detention can occur without a warrant.
Creating accounts under different names or using fake profiles will not prevent tracking. Your ISP, IP address, and every message are recorded by platforms and can be obtained by law enforcement.
If you do not want to face serious legal consequences, please refrain from downloading our course videos and sharing them with others in exchange for money or for free. Consider your reputation and your family.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

Limitation of Liability

Learny AI Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages from using our services, or for technical issues and unauthorized access to your data.

Community Rules

Please review our Community Rules for guidelines on appropriate behavior within our community. Violations may result in immediate removal or temporary bans.
